Installing WSS 3.0 (x86 / x64) on Windows 2008

Quick Note: If you are trying to install Windows SharePoint Services (x86 or x64) on Windows 2008, then you must download the WSS 3.0 with Service Pack 1. Not the general download of WSS 3.0. Here I am talking about the clean installation, not the upgrading from Windows 2003.
